Highlights: shopping the street vendors along the river, the gondola ride over the city, walking across the Dom Luis bridge, and hiking up and down steep, narrow cobblestone streets. Portugal’s buildings are covered in tile—the blue tile Chapel of Souls to the houses covered from roof to street in red tile. We all loved Porto.
